Insert
We have two different types of steel inserts, the hooked design spreads the stress on the steel plate more evenly and helps prevent cracking, chipping or warping. Hooked steel inserts typically produce less noise and vibration when dropped than regular round steel inserts. The strong connection between the hooks and the rubber mitigates impact and reduces crunching or clanking noises during weightlifting exercises. You can choose different inserts according to your needs.
