Description
Composite rubber tile also named Heavy-duty rubber tile/Top EPDM sheet covered rubber tile, performs very well in gym areas and offer good shock absorption, and slip resistance. They are durable enough to stand high impact activities.
They are engineered with a wear layer covering the top and rubber granules for the base.
This one is the standard composite rubber tile with a base made of coarse rubber granules. There is also an upgraded model - the base is made of fine rubber granules, and a premium model - the base is made of high density rubber powder.
Advantages
- Easier to clean. The surface is flat and smooth with no rough holes to harbor dirt.
- Last longer time. Recycled rubber granules on the bottom and a high-density abrasion-resistant layer on the top, it not only has incredible shock absorption, but it is also far more durable and lasts longer than standard gym tiles.

Package
We always choose safe packaging methods to ensure that no damage occurs to the product due to packaging.
We will stack the tiles on pallets and put protective corners around them, then wrap them in plastic film, cover the top with a protective board, and finally secure them with PE/PP straps. After packing, each pallet is labeled with the item and quantity. When loading the container, we will use airbags to fill the extra space inside the container to ensure that the pallet undergoes minimal shaking during transportation, which will prevent the pallet from collapsing.
